Culinary Medicine Intensive Seminar

Join me at the Culinary Vegetable Institute in Milan, Ohio for a one of a kind learning experience & Level I Certification in Culinary Medicine with

Dr. Mike Fenster, professor of Culinary Medicine at the University of Montana and Dr. Amy Sapola from the Chefs Vegetable Institute!!


This course is accredited through the University of Montana and participants will receive a Level One Certification in Culinary Medicine from The University of Montana College of Health & UM Medicine upon successful completion. The certificate is accessible as a digital badge from Credly.com for your personal use.


Optional: You may add 36 hours of Level 1 CME credit awarded through the AAFP for $500 (total $2400). These Level 1 CMEs are transferable through submission to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for 1:1 RD educational units.
